Khyber Pakhtunkhwa TEVTA


In July 01, 2001 the Directorate of Technical Education NWFP was shifted to the administrative control of Department of Industries, as its attached department, from Department of Education. Finally, on February 09, 2002 both the directorates — Directorate of Technical Education and Directorate of Manpower Training merged together to form the existing Directorate General of Technical Education & Manpower Training.

The Technical Education and Vocational Training Agency (TEVTA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was established under the TEVTA Ordinance no xxx111 of 2002 on February 09, 2002. The Directorate General Technical Education and Manpower Training has been declared as the Secretariat of TEVTA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
